Weekly Check In
Yes I have been busy...to busy to even check in. But I have been loosing weight each week the last three weeks. I am now currently at 8lbs lost. I hope you are maintaining your motivation. You can do this.

Weekly Check In
Just wanted to check I. With my weigh information. Drumroll please.........229.3. About a 4 pound weight loss! Not bad.
I did decide to do my weigh in's every Sunday since my schedule on Monday mornings is so hectic.
I made a nice crock pot lasagna that was weight watchers friendly yesterday. It was yummy. I even stayed away from bread. The lasagna filled me up nicely.

The Beginning
This week I am focusing on cutting down what I am eating. The first day is not bad. The second day....the feeling hungry is not fun. But I am pressing on. I am drinking my water. Trying to be a bit more active, though not quite ready to do a traditional work out. How are you doing with your goals so far in 2018?

It's a New Year
Hello blogland. I am once again heading on a journey. I am hopeful I am not derailed. This for me is a way to document this journey. If you stop by, I hope you will come along on the ride. I began this last year, but quickly lost momentum.
This year, 2018 will be a busy year. But regardless of that, I have got to make changes in my life that are needed. Spiritual, educational, work related, personal life related. There are areas throughout my life that I have been neglecting. That needs to stop.
First, I am looking at my physical well being. I am 46 and feel the worst I have in my life. I have little flexibility. The walk into work is hard. Why? Because I have not treated my body well. I am sedentary. I eat way too much. I have let myself reach 233 lbs. That is crazy. 5' 233lbs is not pretty. At least not to me. I can't do half of the activities I want to.
Well, time to change that. No more excuses. Just time to do.
With my life getting crazy this year, not sure how much time I will have to document, but I will stop by to give you updates. Share with you things I learn along the way. Give you updates on how I am focusing on the other areas of my life.
